Issue:
Wonderbot is one of many channels in a large content studio based out of the UAE. The client was algorithmically YPP-suspended for reused and repetitive content.
Solution:
Before the creator had even woken up that same day, we had an urgent e-mail out to our direct YouTube resolutions team with a Google Document full of advocation and context for the restoration of the channel. A few days later, it was back in business. The channel continues to thrive today. Enfinity offered to cover the client’s operational expenses during their 2-day downime.

Issue:
The owner of this channel was an expectant parent with Christmas just on the horizon. The channel, unfortunately, fell for a false brand deal ad via e-mail before Christmas. Otherwise, the channel had a very successful year, joining Enfinity at just 900 subs, and going on to clear 5 digits per month in revenue after experiencing substantial growth via the free tools, tips, and advice we provided.
Solution:
On Christmas Eve, at around 11 pm, Enfinity's CEO picked up the phone and had a notification via YouTube's technical team that one of our channels was removed from the network. He dropped all personal activities, grabbed the laptop, built a case for the creator, and advocated to have the channel restored back to its original, pre-hacked state and fully secured / monetized. 3 days later, it was a success and the channel is still thriving today. Now, the creator uses our "Managed Inbox" free add-on benefit, which allows us to co-negotiate all brand deals and filter out any false phishing offers out of the inbox before a creator even sees the issue. We educated the creator on the danger of online scams, and helped them tighten up their channel's security even further.

Issue:
This creator had an issue with #Shorts retention negatively impacting long-format content and drastically reducing recommendation rates.
Solution:
We were able to have our tech team at YouTube manually move all #Shorts to a new channel (while keeping all metrics and comments untouched) the very same day - resulting in the primary channel performing much better, and the same applies for the dedicated #Shorts channel. Barring this resolution, primary earnings would have drastically decreased in th month ahead, potentially destroying an otherwise top-performing long-form channel. This also saved tens of thousands of comments, 76K subs, and prevented important data from being lost.

Issue:
A channel owner had spent years developing their channel. It was algorithmically YPP-suspended, and would have been easy enough for us to clear up after petitioning to YouTube for a few days and proving the legitimacy of the channel.
Why this was unresolved:
Unfortunately, the creator tried to interfere with Enfinity's recovery process. They purchased an AdSense from Russia, which was blacklisted and hijacked, and attached it to their channel without us knowing. The money and earnings loss from just 3 - 4 days of an expected resolution, unfortunately, caused this person to try and "take the wheel" without allowing us to do our thing properly and professionally. Now, those 3 - 4 days have turned into 2 full years of demonetization and millions of dollars in ad-revenue losses. This is a heartbreaking story, but is still an important case study to use in order to educate and teach creators the importance of depending on the team that we put in their corner.

Issue:
CreepyWorld, a partner of 6 years, who was very successful in our network, became algorithmically YPP-suspended. It happens from time-to-time, more for channels in some niches than others.
Why this was unresolved:
This channel, unfortunately, tried to take matters into their own hands. As great as a partner as CreepyWorld has been for over half a decade, this vital mistake cost this creator their digital career, causing them to start over. Instead of allowing Enfinity to present a case to YouTube from day-1, the Creator (without telling us), entirely rebranded the channel from the bottom up. A new channel name, logo, thumbnails, descriptions, and everything was updated, and in YouTube's eyes, this is a picture-perfect case of a channel proving their guilt. If the channel shouldn't have been suspended, why change anything? Fun fact: If you are YPP-suspended, deleting videos before reapplying is one of the worst things you can do. Leave it to the experts at Enfinity to handle your case, and you continue creating great content to move the channel forward. Once it is resolved for you, it will be like nothing bad ever happened, besides a few days of revenue loss. Unfortunately for this creator, they remain suspended until this day and there is nothing more we can do.
